i lost my job a couple months ago. my unemployment barely covers my rent but it disqualified me for food stamps. i’m struggling getting a full time job but if i try to get a part time job and make more than 100 dollars before tax in a week then i lose my unemployment income. my credit card is nearly maxed out and i don’t even make enough money to pay my bills. i just applied for rental assistance but the main rental assistance from the state closed applications because they stopped getting funding. what the fuck am i supposed to do

hi guys, i lost my job in august and i’ve had no luck so far finding a new one. i am on unemployment(after a month of waiting on my application with no back pay. i’ve been at a disadvantage from the beginning and i’m still playing catch up) but it isn’t enough to pay my bills. at the time i lost my job i was also fully supporting my disabled mother. i still am.
at this point i have no way to make my car payment. im currently 300 dollars late. if i lose my car i really won’t be able to get a job. i don’t know what else to do. if i get a part time job i’ll lose my benefits and make even less than i do now. there’s no quick fix.

my dog keeps shaking her head and scratching at her ears. she seems uncomfortable and i think it’s an ear infection so i have to take her to the vet. the approx. price quoted to me is around 200 dollars(more if they have to give her something to calm her down- she’s afraid of the vet) and i already have an appointment for tomorrow morning.
i seriously have no idea how i’m going to pay for this visit. please share this if you can.

i have bills coming up and i’m a couple hundred short on rent. i can’t even doordash or uber because they won’t accept my paper id either.
