kiko / yuri

i recently revamped my ponysona with an mlp-like setting (not aligned w canon, im taking bits and pieces i like and making up the rest. they have computers and the internet as an example) and her whole thing is being an internet media critic. and i got the urge to make a whole mlp-ified danganronpa so that she has something in-universe to rant about LOL. so if anything i say doesnt make sense for danganronpa OR mlp fim canon thats why. OKAY MY ACTUAL THOUGHTS. One thing I wanted to focus on was making the survivors all be equal in terms of earth/pegasus/unicorn. byakuya is a unicorn for obvious reasons, hes rich and privileged, but i also thought itd be funny for yasuhiro to be a unicorn as well for contrast. and since his whole thing is fortune telling, which is magic-adjacent, i thought it was fitting. makoto is an earth pony for his normal average joe appeal, and aoi is one as well because of her athleticism and grounded personality. toko/sho is mostly a pegasus because i had a beautiful vision in my head of her surrounded by her scissors with her wings outstretched and i think it looks badass and cool 👍 kyoko is also a pegasus but IMPORTANTLY her wings are strapped to her body with wing covers. i wanted something to mirror her gloves + scarred hands in canon but doing that w her hooves felt odd so in this her wings are scarred so she cant fly. junko i made an earth pony as an evil evil mirror to makoto. shes just an average everyday high school girl and that average everyday high school girl ended the world :) monokuma is an alicorn for laughs and is also on all fours becuz of a headcanon i have for furries/animal mascots in the mlp world. since furries/anthros in our world are just animals with human bodyplans it stands to reason that mlp furries would just be animals with pony bodyplans, so monokuma gets to be this weird bearpony thang. not sure on names/cutie marks yet. i had the idea of one of those like. stock charts with the arrow going up and down making the shape of a crown for byakuya but i couldnt quite make it work. makoto i want to be a three leaf clover that turns into a four leaf clover at the end of the game because im a sucker for cutie marks that change after significant life events. but thats about all i got. i technically have a list of every dr game character (outside of despair girls) and what type of pony i'd make them but nothing beyond that. okay thank you for reading my insane ramblings. mwah mwah.
