Dropping by {zanya}
So far, Zanya has been getting quite a lot of positive feedback during his time on duty with his new job. What a relief it really is, especially since sometimes Zanya gets struck with a lot of nerves due to a few other sources- which he shall not name. On the positive side, heās been gaining a positive reputation, and is being seen as a hard worker in his workplace. Which makes the boy ecstatic, especially since heās doing what he dreamed of doing- helping, and saving people while making the city a better place.
He patrols the city wearing his badge proudly, and keeps a sharp eye on every passing citizen, or building that can possibly erupt into a crime scene. Though, for the most part everything seems to be at peace. Even so, Tsukikage is always helpful enough to be a second pair of eyes, and ears for Zanya with his superior senses. They both make a great team. Those proud thoughts disappeared from his head when he hears a shopkeeper yelling the words āthiefā as Zanya feels someone bolt right past him, and down the street. Well, suppose not everyday can go without some kind of crime.
āTsukikage!ā raising his voice, to alert his buddy, he points down the street. With an affirmative āninā from the buddy, he words ćļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½ćļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½ćļ½ļ½ć is heard as Zanya luminizes his deck case into his Katana sword. The duo sets off into the air to catch the thief. Zanya alerts the HQ with the bluetooth in his glasses to come by with some back up. One thing that proves to be useful is his buddy skill, definitely, this always put Zanya at an advantage which heās thankful for Tsukikage for giving him such a big help during these times; it isnāt long before the duo cuts the thief off, and Zanya pins them down on the ground, Katana sword held firmly against the back of their neck to keep them from attempting to make another run for it.
A sigh of relief leaves the boys lips as Tsukikage gives Zanya an extra pair of hands, handcuffs the thief easily, which then Zanya nods at the buddy, and gives him a thank you. While he waits, which isnāt too long, he does attract quite the crowd⦠Ah, oops.
With sirens blaring, a police vehicle does rush down the street, replying to Zanyaās call in a quick amount of time. It doesnāt take a hefty amount of time to load the thief into the car, and the car leaves the area quickly- which will hopefully cause the small crowd to simmer down.
Until⦠Zanya is halted by a boy that bursts out of the crowd. The amber eyes look up at the stranger that excuses himself, and then asks him a question he never thought heād ever get asked. Which causes Zanya to pause, and think about his question for a few moments.
āDraw meā¦?ā He ends up echoing the words Haruka says, before pausing again for another moment, and blinks in confusing a couple of times before making his decision, āUh⦠I guess so. Why? Iām really busy, you know.ā
Tsukikage takes out a scroll which reads ćBreak.ć, and Zanya raises an eyebrow at Tsukikage. Break? From his job, he probably means.
āWell, looks like Iām not now for a bit.ā Maybe HQ is sending another person out on duty, he wouldnāt be surprise. The police force here is very active.
It doesn't quite set in how strange a request it seems coming out of the blue until the officer's uncertainty shows in both his voice and expression. But before Haruka can address this confusion, the word "busy" strikes him first and he immediately seeks to reassure the officer. "Oh if that's the case, I wouldn't want to trouble you..." Ā Although it really is the best idea he's had all day, and it would be great if he does end up being free...
Somehow, it seems his silent prayers are answered when the little ninja mentions--or writes, really--a break. How lucky! Brightening up considerably at the boy's newly clear schedule, Haruka gathers himself together and finally moves to get up from the ground. Straightening his clothes and dusting them off a bit, up close it's a momentary shock to realize how much taller he is than the blue-haired policeman. He judges he's almost about a foot taller, but this oddity doesn't keep him occupied for long.
"I'm glad it turns out you're not busy! I'm an artist, and, uhm..." He takes a second to collect his thoughts.
"I thought you looked really cool capturing that thief! I got a lot of inspiration seeing your passion, and I thought you'd be the perfect subject to practice drawing! You won't need to pose or anything, I want to try an draw an action scene, so I'll just need look at you for reference every once in awhile."Ā He hopes the deal seems reasonable enough to accept. It might sound a bit boring to just sit around though, so maybe if he agrees Haruka will work hard on his speed as well.
