hi everyone! i’ve been asked a few times to make a gifing tutorial, but there are already so many of those and i don’t think there’s that much to learn from a step-by-step guide, plus the instructions tend to be complicated and hard to follow, so i decided to instead make a “general tips” type guide to help up-and-coming creators. i’m not a master gifmaker by any means, but i’ve been doing this for 7+ years and i’ve learned a few things along the way that i am happy to share with you all! ♡

please keep in mind: this guide presupposes that you have a basic knowledge of the gifmaking process, like how to import footage to photoshop and use the timeline. with that said, let’s get into it!

i wanted to start the month with a few lil freebies, so here’s the first one. it’s fully customizable so u can chage all the colors & text. all u have to do is paste ur image & create a clipping mask for the hexagon shape, change the playlist’s title + info & u’re pretty much done.

someone had sent in an ask wondering how to use a page, so we’ve made a little tutorial!! if you need help with a certain page, please send us the link and we’ll help you with whatever you’re stuck on!!!

however for the purposes of this tutorial, we will be using muse page theme: “holiday night” by @/benitalks. their other pages and codes are also just chefs kisses as well, 10/10 would recommend.

notes: practically all pages use HTML coding and basic knowledge of HTML is recommend, although if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send us an ask and we’ll do our best to help. pages are also only available on desktop, so you’ll need to be on your computer or laptop while doing this.

iPhone PSD Template Pack Part II: iOS 12 iMessage

(reposting be because I forgot something in the download originally my bad) 

These are all based on iOS 12.2 iMessage based on my iPhone XS Max so they’re all sized accordingly. It is a big file so I’ve also split it into two separate downloads if your computer can’t handle the whole thing, one is just the premade templates and the second is the blank templates, the premade chat bubbles, the reference PSDs/PNGs and the tutorials.

This pack includes;

One messages log template

Ten premade regular chat logs

Five premade group chat logs

One blank premade regular + group chat log template

19 sent message bubbles

13 received message bubbles

13 received group chat message bubbles (ones that include the contact photo on the left and their contact name above them)

Flip the sent bubbles and turn them into received bubbles (and vise versa)

Add emojis to message bubbles + send emoji individually

Add the keyboard + typing message to chat log

You need to download Apple’s font San Francisco (Windows users need 7-zip to extract the download!)
