Angular Roughsharks are deep water sharks with triangular shaped bodies covered in rough skin. They mainly feed on benthic invertebrates.

They carry a pair of dorsal spines with the first being angled forward. Very large spiracles behind the eyes can help distinguish these Roughsharks from the other species.

Isurus paucus

Longfin Mako Sharks are the only other surviving member of the Mako Shark family alongside the commonly known Shortfin Mako. They live in deeper waters with a worldwide distribution hunting schooling fish and cephalopods with their large light sensitive eyes.

They can be differentiated from Shortfin Makos by examining the incredibly long pectoral fins, larger size, and slender build. These sharks are rare, and in some areas, Shortfins outnumber them by 1,000: 1.

aw, that's so sweet of you! This actually got me thinking about what kind of food my gnolls (Sweet Pea's people, at least) might make that would be closest to a fruit tart... this is what I came up with:

I haven’t pissed people off lately by reminding them that ALL types of physical punishment of kids has been proven beyond ANY reasonable doubt to have only negative long term outcomes.

For example, being exposed to corporal punishment as a kid makes it more likely for a person to commit domestic violence against a partner. In places where corporal punishment is normal, people are more likely to think that rape and intimate partner violence are normal. Kids who are spanked are more likely to be violent with and to bully other kids.

Spanking is literally teaching a kid that violence is okay and normal and it affects the whole society.

Sand Tiger Sharks inhabit shorelines and continental shelves around the world. Despite their intimidating appearance, they are slow swimming and gentle with no confirmed fatalities.

They have the ability to gulp air to which allows them to be suspended in the water column. During pregnancy, the most developed embryo will eat its siblings allowing the mother to allocate resources to the single pup. Once born, these sharks are already 3ft long and fully independent.
