# Kneading Through the Process

The act of creating and learning can sometimes be seen as a task rather than an experience. Simply completing a project or work of art does not allow the artist to be thoughtfully involved. Instead, self-reflect and record on what is occurring during the process. This can be done by creating mental connections or documenting tangible responses. The creative process is not only a concern to the final product, but also a concern for a self-investigation.

How do we become fully invested in the creative process?

The concept of self-reflection from learning is not only important in art making, but also necessary for self-growth. Learning from and during experiences can develop our capacity for being an artist and a person.
