Figured it was about time to post a #transformationtuesday pic! Progress pics were something I HATED taking when I started out but turned out to be my main source motivation throughout training. The first pic on the left is me in September when I started, the middle is a week or so after show day early April and the right is my progress pic I sent @teamg_fit this morning! I don't like to compare myself to others, so most my motivation comes from looking through old and new progress pics. Good and bad ones.
