"But what if it could..." "...get darker than dark?"
A lot of people have discussed the idea of creating a Dark Fountain inside a Dark World. Which is pretty clearly implied to be something you can do through this page, and Berdly almost doing that in Chapter 2 before Ralsei quickly stopped him.
But I realized something when going back to the final battle with Queen. I think she actually name dropped these Dark Fountains within Dark Worlds.

Indeed, if Noelle had created a Dark Fountain in the Cyber World it would be a Dark Fountain within a Dark World.
Or as Queen calls it, a Neo Dark Fountain. Darker than dark.
So not "neo" in the literal sense of being something new, but in the way the word has been used in Deltarune and Undertale: Meaning something new, again, and more powerful than ever before. Like with Mettaton NEO and Spamton NEO.
I’d like to point out that the recent newsletter had a picture of undyne sitting on what may or may not be that goddamn chair?????

Hmm, I don't think so. Might be a bit of confirmation bias on your part, which is really hard to account for in situations like this one where there is so little information to work with.
Just eye-balling it, I think the chair Undyne is sitting on is the main colour used in Waterfall's tiles. A blue-purple. Whereas the "darker than dark" chair has just a straight blue palette, leaning on cyan.
If I recall correctly, she doesn't seem to have anything resembling that cloth thing. Lots of people say it's a coat but personally I think it's a blanket or towel lol.
Lastly, I think the leg's on Undyne's chair are a lot taller. So is the back of the chair.
An interesting idea, nonetheless! But I don't think it's very likely. The connection seems too weak.

In the recent Undertale newsletter, Toby Fox showed off an unused scene that would have occurred in the Judgement Hall had the player decided to speedrun the game! This scene features Sans chastising the player for being early and slowly eating an ice cream for about a full minute while an original, slow song plays. I’m sure this would have been quite a headache for speedrunners!

I love that the Papyrus interview gave us none of the information we've been wondering and theorizing about for the last eight years.
Except that before Snowdin Papyrus and Sans lived in a place with green grass. (What do you want to bet it's just a small patch in front of a house? Maybe even just in a flowerpot, making this completely useless to identify the general area?)
All we got was more antics from the Skelebros and weird quirks about Papyrus and I am LIVING for it. I love when mysterious characters and creators dodge and refuse to answer questions in the silliest way possible.
