Starting over is not really over until you are convinced and surrender to what is over, otherwise it’s never over. Once you have admitted to your innermost self it’s over it’s time to love yourself and get to know who you are without the situation that was such a part of your life. Remember to not trust your first thought but it’s the second that is a response to life now. Observe yourself not judge yourself and remain teachable. Groom yourself, take care of your diet, make your bed in the morning to start your day. Spend at least 5 minutes a day in prayer and or meditation. And lose yourself in helping others, anonymously if you can, even if it’s dropping off a can of corn to the food shelter, do it. After doing all this you now know and love the new you that’s started over, your picker is healed and healthy, you can see the flags now the good ones and the bad.
