I hate people i hate that some of you cant shut the fuck up and keep your opinions to yourself, we’re so cooked as a society and the fact that we learned fucking nothing.

Fanfic authors are doing all of this job for free, from their own love and passion and they do not own anything to anyone. You do not have the right to critique the authors and their works and it doesn’t fucking matters if you think they description of the characters is inaccurate or their works is problematic or whatever. You DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to criticise unless the author ask for it and even that does not have to right to be mean. The „go back” button is right here so if you don’t like something fucking use it.

As for someone for whom fandom spaces was alway the form of escapism from ir problems and who always considers fandoms as safe space and the only place i can be myself without feeling judged for it i am so heat broken that things like that keep happening. And mostly bc i just can’t comprehend why people do it. I loose my hope for humanity every time something like this happens.

I don’t know what to do and what else to say, I don’t have words to express how much it hurts me, and I can’t imagine what the authors of fics that got this treatment feel.
