When I go into ao3, I leave my critical thinking at the door. My disbelief? Suspended. As long as your characterization is plausible, I'll let you take me on any journey and say thank you at the end. I love Ronan’s arc in the first two books because at the start you think Ronan attempted suicide but then you find out that’s actually a cover story for the fact that he was attacked by a dream creature. And then you find out said creature is called Manifestationofmy Suicidalthoughts.
