Qwel responded, and to be honest, it's the most professional apology I've seen in this whole situation. To all of you saying 'It's full of nothing,' or 'it's only addressing the fans, not the victims.' You're clearly not seeing both documents logically which you have to in this situation. I can go on with the many flaws and examples in Joji's document on how it targets the heart instead of the brain. This is suppose to be persuasive but it's written like how a five year tattletales to a teacher. There are too many holes, and many examples of covert narcissism, or the kind of narcissism that makes the speaker appear vulnerable, weak or in this case in victim. If they speak for ALL the victims in the document, they seem to talk about ALOT of their own story even with the second set of documents they posted of other's testaments. All I'm saying is read over Joji's again and Qwel's again, this time using logic as a guide, not emotion. It may just surprise. Feel free to research, copy and paste flaws and contradictions in Joji's document, a great example is at one point they say they refused pay, but then later in the document complained of having lack of funds. Like I said, look at it logically, Qwel made the smart move and appear professional and standard whilst Joji is trying to tug at heart strings. And in the court of law, that's not wise. There I said it.

Okay, to those who stayed,

I get it, Qwel did something horrible. Rox did something horrible. But I cannot take this document by Joji seriously. The 'evidence' it had provided were just normal conversations and Qwel explaining she had the situation covered. Simple as that. My hearts go out to the victims, it's a shitty situation. But that's not the only reason why I couldn't take the document seriously. It was the amount they protrayed themself as a victim. I also get cancer sucks, chemo sucks, I've seen it take my grandma away in front of my eyes. But never once had she complained as much as Joji did in this doc. That's not making me feel sorry for you, that tells me that you need to be the center of attention whether good or bad.

It's evident that they're a naraccist by what I can tell in the text alone. Like I said, it's clear they were going through a rough time with serious illness. But to rub it in every paragraph is... Exhausting. Now that's out of the way, another thing that stood out in the document was the lack of information, they skip events that we expect to know. Like the mention of "Parlo." No explaination of who he is or how he's relevant to the situation.

I also notice contradicting lines throughout the document. for example in 'Introduction' paragraph, they state, "I would prefer not to be paid because money can corrupt." and that they REFUSED pay. But in the final paragraph they say, "I’m not in a financially stable situation to try to be sued or anything like that." Well how could that have been avoided? To accept the pay. Also the quote that Qwel 'hides' or 'ignores' everything, maybe she has a life outside of Roblox. Maybe she has another job, she has more important things to do and can be overwhelming for someone in her position. They even commented, "

Simple as that, it's her job as not only the creator but the head of the employees in the discord server and game to look more into the situation and take all sides. They then say, " she knew about this for two months and lied to our faces about it. I had finally come to terms that Rox willingly and knowingly let me be stressed and unwell due to his selfishness and lack of care for my health or wellness, but Qwel? My best friend?" Again, they have to. When you lead, you have to take account on all sides, the victim, the accussed, and the witnesses. That's why in court they interview EVERYONE, even the lawyer trying to defend the accussed needs to ask, "Did you do that."

But to end this off, I want to point out one particular paragraph that stuck out to me, under the introduction paragraph they talk about leaving chemo and they would receive "lighthearted mentions of you can quit if you need to." Now anyone in this situation, would say, "Yes. I would apperciate stepping away while I recover." But they didn't, instead they say that Qwel and Rox BEGGED for them to stay. Now at first, I'm thinking "Maybe they needed the pay." Then I remember the quote of "Money is corrupt." They had no excuse to say no. But they didn't.

I tell this opinion to share a story. I had a director in a show years back, she was struggling to set up the lights and set. So I asked, "Do you need help?" And she said, "No." Even when she's struggling, she says no. So I ask again, "Are you sure you don't need help?" She goes, "I'm sure." And I didn't think twice about it. It wasn't until the show almost started she started accusing us 'not helping her.' Even though I asked, twice. I think this is what happened with Joji and Qwel, they offered them to take a break, telling them to recover from chemotherapy and rest, away from the stress of the server. But they said no. And they said they "begged" them to stay. I want you to look at both of these situations, my story versus Joji's story. Do you see a difference? Do you see similarities?

"But they feel bad for not helping the situation, the doc says." That maybe true, but here's the thing with narasccist behavoir, it's not only pointing the blame at others, it's also point the blame at themselves. Like I said, they want the attention. Basically they will do anything to make themselves look like a victim or even the accussed in extreme scenarios. Now like I said, my heart goes to the victims. It's horrible and disgusting. But Joji's whole document about the situation, made me shake my head. It is just a person appearing as a victim and moving the attention on them. Now not, if they actually listened to their body and their doctors with "Stay away from stress." They would've said no to continue to work. But they didn't. They knew it caused stress, they knew it would've made life harder for them with the chemotherapy, they knew if they stayed, it would've made the situation worse. But they stayed. STAYED. Why? Well... I think I made it clear. Even if you support Joji, I advised you to look at the words and pictures more carefully. Look at it through a detective's point of view and you maybe surprised. While reading this doc, I couldn't fathom that they thought that it was professional. It's not. It's poorly done, and even if they're not good at writing, there are so many contradictions and missing elements of the story that make no sense.
