Kitkat —> This is the main one, 9/10

Bitty B—> 7/10, it’s so silly and cute, it’s like a little treat whenever it comes up

Hunny —> 6/10, a classic

Baby —> 9.75/10, I didn’t think I’d love this one as much as I do it’s so cute and makes me feel so little

Babes —> 4/10, me and my cg call eachother this when I’m not regressing so it doesn’t feel as little

Niña—> I like it a lot because I’m learning spanish and I appreciate the effort with that except they didn’t use the ñ when they wrote it 💔💔

-Remove your little from whatever the bother was if possible.

+Too loud? —> Noise headphones. If you don’t have noise headphones, gently cover your little’s ears with your hands.

+Overtired? —> Offer the little a shoulder to lean against, if they can’t fall asleep here, can they watch cartoons? Can you keep them busy but relaxed?

+Hungry? —> Snacks!! If you don’t have snacks, having a bit of water can hold them over until you can find something to eat

-Tips for calming down a little

+Pacifiers are a great help for coming down from panic attacks. They force your little to breathe through their nose which will make them take softer, more steady breaths. They also won’t be able to grind their teeth or bite their nails.

+Plushies are nice because they’re huggable but also can start a conversation or playing.

“Mr. Snuggles doesn’t like that you’re crying, bud,he wants you to feel alllll better” or something silly like that, or speak for the plushie, that can work sometimes too.

+Very nice, quiet, comfy areas for the little to rest in.

The little urge to feel completely comfortable being little and actually be treated like I’m just a tiny kid

The little urge to be pulled around in a little red wagon while I point at all the pretty flowers and say “woaaaahhh” like I’ve never seen it before (even though we just passed 10)

The little urge to be comfy enough to regress around a group of friends (but not leave my cg’s side because how scary would that be!)

The little urge to watch Bluey with my paci in after a long day with some much needed cuddles because it’s such hard work being just a little guy (trust.)

How do I tell someone I’m slipping? Like especially irl? Because I have an irl caregiver now and I love them with all my heart but I’ve always just been cared for online!! It’s so scary to be like “hey actually I think I’m slipping into littlespace” when I’m already overwhelmed!! (＞人＜;)

How do you guys do it? Or how WOULD you do it?

TLDR; how do I tell a cg I feel small irl when I’m already overwhelmed and saying it out loud feels too embarrassing?
