Oh, that’s actually an interesting question :D. I love the found family trope and I think the whole tfp Team Prime is a great example of it. Even Optimus himself calls his team a family, it’s absolutely adorable. For me it includes humans too, both children and Fowler with June, I love all the sillies. Speaking of platonic ships, I think that Ratchet and June would actually make good friends, they have similar experiences and honestly, they have matching vibes.

And yes, tfp Bumblebee being the child of the team is one of my favourite things to draw. Optimus and Ratchet being his parents is something that I’ll never get tired of drawing. I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned it before, but in my humanformers AU Ratchet is Bumblebee’s biological father. Ratchet had been raising him alone until he met Orion when Bee was around 7 years old (in human years). Orion and later on Optimus becomes Bumblebee’s stepfather so their bond is also as strong. Ratchet and Bumblebee’s story may vary in different AUs, but it’s always important to me to represent their relationship in a “parent and child” way.

and oh little bee, he reminds me of one of my ocs who’s a mute dragon bot, he taught himself how to make sounds using the gears and stuff in his neck, makes me want to draw them together so badly, the designs are a bit intimidating though
