I feel sad

I feel like a burden

I feel like people tolerate me

I feel lonely for the first time in my life

And it’s scary

And sad

I miss my mom

And I miss my cat Mossimo

I miss him comforting me

My anxiety used to be attached to my mother.

My therapist said my nervous system was regulated by hers and hers by mine

I don’t know who regulates me now if anyone

I hate my face

I hate how I look

I don’t mind myself either

It’s contradicting

I wish my face was slimmer

I wish I felt pretty

I wish I felt beautiful and sexy

I’ve never felt that

I don’t know what would change that

I can’t sleep

Because why should I

I feel very trapped in this feeling

This feeling of I don’t know

A feeling of sadness deep down

Yearning deep down

It’s internal hatred

But I know I’m cute

So how does that make any sense

I feel ugly

I feel unattractive

I don’t know what specifically

I am still the insecure little girl

I thought I was over this

I’m 26 and have realized how I look is it

There is no more maturing or adulthood to change things

This is how I look

And it’s tolerable.

I’m only tolerable.
