This beauty is a traditional dance hand fan called Mai Ogi sensu and is handmade from decorative paper and bamboo. The color is fairly rare and sought after, as a favorite of Geishas for dancing (swipe for photo). It features a white metallic silver surface with delicate marbled veins and a brilliant crimson red along the edges. Beautiful! 🐯 Are you ready to embrace the year of the Tiger?💜 Personal share: I am so excited for this, for as much as I was barely able to survive and push through all the bull in the year of the Ox, I feel ready to don my stripes and stalk the prey of my dreams.  I feel like I've been waiting for this for years, perhaps since the last year of the tiger in 2011, when everything shifted in my creative and spiritual worlds. The tiger is one of my main spirit animals, and I am so grateful that the strength and courage it has lent me to fight for my life in spiritual and health battles.  This awesome tiger mural was painted in 2011 by Lango and Persue in the Mission of SF. I have been drawn to it ever since seeing it, and always visit it with my Bff when there. When I stand in my power I am held by its assuring paws at the same time.
