The movie is titled “Perception” and is the story of a classic hero/sidekick duo battling a villain/henchman duo.
The twist?
There are four different movies, one from each of the point of view of the four “main characters”. Watch as people defend the villain who is misunderstood, or the hero who only wishes to do right. Watch as people empathize with the henchman or sympathize with the sidekick.
Only AFTER people figure out about the different movies does the movie get four separate titles (Perception: The Hero, Perception: The Sidekick, Perception: The Villain, and Perception: The Henchman)

People who say that LGBTQ+ people or characters will turn their kid gay are ridiculous. By your logic, a child like myself who consumes Batman media could turn into the Joker. Get off your high horse, Susan, I haven’t bombed cities or jumped into a vat of acid. I highly doubt I’d turn your kid pan✌️
My boyfriend and I just got evicted. We are staying in a motel and need money for housing. We both have multiple disabilities and no transportation. We need emergency help. Any assistance, even just sharing, is greatly appreciated! Thank you all so much ❤️

Hi , I realize this is a long shot but a long shot is better than not trying at all. I will keep it short. Recently a friend of mine, Layla 29 y/o had brain surgery to remove a tumour, she is currently recovering from said brain surgery. She received her pathology results about a week ago. She has cancer.
The tumour is an Anaplastic Astrocytoma, a Grade 3 Malignant Tumor. This rare malignant brain tumor affects 2% of brain tumor diagnoses and are difficult to fully extract through brain surgery. In simple terms, the tumour is not treatable, it will continue to grow and it will end her life. The average life span with this tumour is about 5 years.
Layla will be undergoing radiation and chemotherapy to extend her life as much as they can, but they will not perform surgery again and the cancer cannot be cured. Which brings me to the point of this post...
Layla cannot work for the next year and will need financial support. A GoFundMe of $18,000 has been created . This seems like a large amount of money (and it is) but She will need enough to survive, and we believe that she then needs enough to live the rest of her days as fully as possible.
So, please share or donate (if you can, anything helps :) ) so that Layla can live the rest of her short life as best as she possibly can without having to worry. Her full story is on her GoFundMe page below.

disney built the biggest and most expensive animatronic ever in their history and then built a mountain around it and it BROKE a couple of months after the ride opened and it’s impossible to fix it without dismantling the entire mountain structure and that’s honestly the most hilarious verified disney fact™ ever
the second most hilarious being that the chum animatronic on the finding nemo ride at epcot used to pop out of the barrel to scare guests but one time a cast member was walking past it during an opening/closing procedure and it popped out and smacked them clean in the face so now it’s turned off permanently
The really hilarious part is that the busted Yeti is even worse than this description makes it sound.
TL/DR version: the structural layout of the Expedition Everest attraction is so complicated that Disney had to use a technique called “previsualisaton” to construct it - essentially a four-dimensional blueprint that specifies not only how the structure should be put together, but the exact point in time that each step should occur. That precision in timing is actually kinda critical, because if certain parts of the structure are subject to stress too early (e.g., before the concrete is fully cured, before additional supports have been installed, etc.), they’ll be permanently weakened.
Well, long story short, when the ride went into action, Disney’s engineers quickly discovered that the numbers weren’t adding up: the internal stresses the ride was producing every time they turned the animatronic yeti on were literally tearing the whole mountain apart. It’s clear that something got screwed up during construction: either somebody performed a step with the wrong timing, or in the wrong order, or the previsualisaton was messed up to begin with. The trick is, they have no idea what the actual error was - and the ride can’t be repaired until they figure out what went wrong in the first place.
So now they just point a moving strobe light at the motionless yeti to create the illusion of motion, which is why it’s been nicknamed the “disco yeti”.
I think that instead of making live action remakes, they should use those millions of dollars to fix the ride. Call me crazy, but I’d rather have that Yeti up and running than watch the live action “Mulan” 😂
OKAY LISTEN UP BECAUSE THERE IS SOMETHING SUPER IMPORTANT ABOUT THIS CAMPAIGN AND MOST OF YOU PROBABLY DON’T KNOW
It’s the inclusion of Storm. (Storm? Pretty sure that’s Storm.) And in a way where, yes, representation saves lives.
See, here’s a weird medical fact: black women are more likely to get breast cancer and nobody knows why. It’s a medical mystery. Now, I want you to do a fun exercise: tell me the last time you saw a breast cancer awareness campaign that included black women. Go on, I’ll wait. Speaking as someone active with the cause whose aunt is even more active with the cause, here’s my answer: In eight years of working for awareness across four states, I have never seen a single black woman in any breast cancer campaign. Ever.
Black women are also more likely to die of breast cancer because they’re less likely to catch it early. That’s not genetics, that’s math. The sooner you begin treatment, the better your prognosis. Black women are less likely to know how to do self-exams and because of the socioeconomic divide, less likely to see an OB/GYN annually. And they’re ignored by awareness campaigns.
Tell your black friends. And spread this like wildfire. Because they are more at risk than you are.

I missed day five so I’m doing day five and six together~
Day Five: moment I’m proud of
I once told off a woman who thought ace people weren’t good for the world. According to her, since they weren’t reproducing, they doomed the human race. If she wasn’t an older hag I would’ve slapped her, but I just told her off by spouting out facts 😤 (I posted this story on my page)

can you talk about being intersex and cis? how do you know if you're cis or trans when you're intersex? i promise this isn't meant to be rude i'm just a little confused as to how gender works when you're intersex. thank you so much. <3
I’m cis because I’m afab and still identify as a woman. If I was afab and identified any other way, I’d be trans. I’m intersex because my body itself has a mixed bag of secondary sex characteristics and hormones.
The label “intersex” itself isn’t a gender identity as much as it’s a way for people with mixed or ambiguous sex characteristics to define that experience. There are cis men and women who are intersex, trans people of every kind as well. I’m sure there are intersex people who just identify as intersex entirely but most intersex people I’ve met still identify as male, female, or nonbinary. Because your body doesn’t determine your gender identity.
Also, the opposite of intersex is perisex. You can be cis or trans, while being intersex or perisex. If you’re not intersex, you are perisex.
Nobody knows anything about intersex ppl so like. Learn things and educate others so people like me can feel less isolated and alienated by other queer ppl lol
