So all the “I want to speak to your manager because you have terrible customer service” people are the reason why customer service workers have been replaced with AI due to the stress and frustration of dealing with said people. Now those same people are whining about “why can’t I have a live person help me anymore???” It’s like you’re damned if you do have a live person, and you’re damned if you don’t have a live person, because either way, you’ll never be satisfied.
