hello comrades, me and my transgender siblings in the uk are facing a 4 year waiting list in order to access services via the nhs. this amount of time is bullshit. when i went through the waiting time, my appointment date was pushed back almost a full year from the initial waiting time of 8 months and it sent me spiralling into depression and suicidality at the helpless waiting and waiting and not being able to do anything. please, if nothing else, sign and share this petition in the hopes that we can do right by the trans kids to come.
