I stopped drinking and smoking we'd

I feel amazing and I've been way more motivated to be active and I've cleaned my space I've genuinely never been happy like this before.

On top of that, I got rid of my TV and I deleted all of my social media apps, I only kept tumbl because there's way less pressure on here, although I should stop using this app too because my feed is just so damn negative it's really not good for me.

Anyways y'all, it's not ez to stop being miserable, but just try to sort through and look for what might be causing issues and work from there. :) glhf you guys
