When my brother told me we were taking a two hour detour from our tour of South West Australia to check out a kitschy roadside attraction called Gnomesville, I kept my opinions to myself. A sequestered village that’s home to over 5000 garden gnomes, Gnomesville turned out to be one of the strangest yet oddly enchanting place I’ve been to in Western Australia, which I intend as only a compliment to this great state.
