Tonight's after action report. Spent alot of time researching this week and tweaking my workout plan and meals planned, so didn't move as much as I wanted. This weekend has been utterly crazy. I wanted to do my reports for Friday and Saturday, but before I knew it, my app had rolled over to the next day. But! Possible Pat's challenge, #missionpossiblepat starts tomorrow! I'm so hyped! Had my first road bike crash today.. Taking my bike to the local cycling shop to get looked over tomorrow after taking the kids to school. Got my shoulder, forearm and both knees.
