To be honest, I was debating on heading to the gym or not this morning. I was pretty sore from yesterday's workout. I then thought about the quote "The Real Workout Starts When You Want To Stop". That got me going and I am glad I did, feels so much better now.

Started off on the treadmill, 30 mins on max incline set to 4.5 speed. On the last 3 mins I told myself not to look at the clock...which I did... that was the longest three min of my life. NEVER LOOK AT THE CLOCK!

Followed next by 100 push up (in 4 set of 25 reps)

Moved on to 100 hammer curls on each arms (30 lbs)

Lets not forget the normal curls, 100 of those on each arm (30 lbs)

And finish off with some squats (200)
