Taylor Swift is my childhood when I was little and Cinderella was my favorite disney princess. She’s my teenage years when I was trying so hard just to fit in. She’s those days when I felt completely left out and alone, because I had no one by my side but her. She was in those moments when I went through a really tough heartbreak and lost all my hope in love. Taylor was also in those moments where I found the sweetest taste of freedom and learnt how to laugh while dancing at the sound of my own beat again. When people tried to bring me down and mock at my dreams she was there quietly reminding me my worth when all I thought I’m ever gonna be is worthless. Taylor Swift is the songs that me and my sister sing while we bake banana bread on a rainy autumn night, and the joy that snowy Christmas time brings. She’s the feeling you get when you finally hug your best friend after spending months and months of being apart. She’s the sweet calming melody when all I want to do is lock myself in my bedroom and just cry myself to sleep. Taylor is those late night dance parties with your friends when you come up with the weirdest dance moves and you just feel so insanely happy at that moment that you don’t even care how you look. She’s the soundtrack of my roadtrips when me and my friends scream her songs at the top of our lungs while we drive with our windows down, and she’s the feeling you get when you’re coming home. Taylor Swift is my home.

the order of rep’s tracklist is SO FUNNY bc for the most part the first half is a lot darker and it slowly gets happier and more hopeful as it goes on except for the fact that nice things is one of the last tracks… it’s like she starts chillin a little and then all of a sudden she’s like ‘WAIT A MINUTE JUST ONE MORE THING FUCK THE ABSOLUTE SHIT OUT OF YOU MOTHERFUCKER’ and then she calms all the way down for real which is so relatable
