And just like that, it all made sense.

Not that the pain left, but that through my weeping and tear stained eyes, at 3 am, the Lord spoke.

Had it not happened, would I begin to understand the depth of Your Love for me, Lord? Would I understand the sacrifice that You gave Jesus, Your very own precious Life?

I can rest knowing that no pain or grief feels good in the moment, but even in this, I can rest knowing You have good plans for me. Your Love is profound and incomprehensible. It goes beyond all that I know and will ever know.

You have ordained my life. You have made me for such a time as this. Abba, may You continue to bring healing to me through Your truth and Love. My heart rests in You.

I recently heard someone whom I don't know and never met respond to the mentioning of me in what seemed like what I would call a sour response...and I will be honest and say that it initially stung.

One, because it made me question if the person who frequently talks to them, speaks of or has ever spoken of me in a bad light.

And two, it made me think of how much this person must be going through internally and in their lives IF they dislike me or feel unfavorable towards me and they have never met me nor talked with me lol...

I realized that through that encounter, I was placed in the same position that I have been in before. I could either choose to receive offense and bitterness in my heart OR I could respond in love and choose the highest of roads, which is to exemplify inwardly and outwardly the love of God and to actively choose the ways of Christ over my flesh....it is not easy, but this is my prayer and response...May You be glorified, Lord.

When you truly desire and aim towards walking with the heart of Christ, you truly grow all the more into being a peculiar person.

I feel like this season is shaping me more into this. I can't watch, listen, read or take in anything that go against my convictions in the Lord...Abba, You see and You know...

There was a time when I walked side by side with those I thought would always be near, but the Lord, in His perfect wisdom, has allowed distance to settle where once there was closeness. I see now, it was His hand that gently moved me away, not out of loss, but for the sake of my growth. He, in His goodness, placed the right people beside me, those who would help me flourish in this season. I trust His leading, for He has never failed to guide my heart where it’s meant to be.

Today was beautiful. 😍 I got so much done. The Lord answered prayers. And the book that I've been listening to on Spotify is already becoming one of the best books I've ever read so far, BUT then I ran out of listening hours, and I'm definitely not topping up lol but I had a feeling that this book might be available at the library near me, (and I'm not sure it is that popular of a book) even was praying and asking the Lord for it to be available at one of my local libraries, and it is! 😍

I'm so excited to get it and finish the whole series!
