Cold winter is almost here, a good coat is necessary for any lolita, but since the cute ones are really expensive (And I prefer to make it instead of buy it) I bought a good coat in the second hand store, insanely cheap! I like it because have some glitter and texture.

So, I cut it and use the parts for make bows, also I use fluffy fabric for make decorations in the neck and sleeves. Also I added some lace and a bow at the back.

How it looks? I like it, though this design is similar to one of baby, is not my original idea design but I tried to make different details.
