Happy pride month specifically to folks on the asexual and aromantic spectrum who oftentimes feel isolated and left out of the conversation. You belong here as much as the rest of us and I hope that you are all loved in a way that is comforting to you.

We're all here, we're all queer, we all belong under the parachute, like on special days in elementary school when they got out the Big Rainbow Parachute.

One of my biggest “tinfoil hat” conspiracy theories that I believe with my whole chest is that many, if not most, of the beauty standards surrounding women’s bodies are artificially plugged into the media by abusers whose sole purpose is to make women as easy to oppress as possible. They tell you that you should be delicate and skinny because it’s harder to fight back that way.

If you want me, I'll be in the bookstore smelling the paperbacks like a pervert.
