Had a terrible day of eating yesterday. Smoked a joint after finishing my essay and ended up eating too much. Not even checking the scales today because I am going to sweat it out at the gym and not eat today :)

Day 6: weigh in
One day of not eating has allowed me to drop to 78.4kg!!
My lowest weight in 18 months and body fat is down by 4% and muscle up by 2%
If I stay like this I will be in the elevens in 2 weeks!

Day 5: diary
My fitbit tells me I have burnt 2000 calories today which is pretty interesting because I havent eaten the whole day.
Hopefully the scales will change tommorow morning !

Day 4
woke up 79.7kg !
that’s a stone and a half lost since I started this journey
ate 600 calories and did a 6 hour shift at work.
Day 3
Still 81.2 ate 1500 calories instead of 600 !!! Need to stop smoking weed because my self control goes out of the window! Anyway off to the gym
Come on Babe, it is possible…
Day 2: Weight in
woke up this morning 81.2kg
Day One
Total calories today : 770
Exercise : managed to do 15 minutes on the cross trainer -burnt about 110 calories (trying to slowly increase my stamina .. will shoot for 25 minutes tomorrow ... once I can do an hour I will start to add weights)
Now I am off to work for 6 hours behind a bar so more calories should be burnt!
Weight this morning was 82.4kg.

Imagine, this time next year…
You wake up, and you are thin. When you stretch, your splayed hands look dainty. You sit up, and you no longer have rolls of fat on your stomach. Instead it is smooth.
You get up and go to the bathroom, go pee, and weigh yourself. You smile, because you’re at your ultimate goal weight. You splash water on your face and look in the mirror, and you see a beautiful person grinning back, with big eyes, clear skin, and a sharp jawline. You are perfect.
After you shower and moisturize, you put your hair up in a messy bun, and decide that you don’t need makeup today. You take a second to admire your skinny waist and then you go to get dressed.
Today, you can wear whatever you want, because you have the body for it. You put on your cutest underwear. Your thigh gap means you can wear long lingerie socks and shorts, and your collarbones and tiny arms mean that you can wear a sleeveless top without feeling embarrassed. You put a bracelet on your dainty wrist to accessorize, and you’re all set.
As you grab your jacket and purse, you realize that you forgot breakfast, but you’ve gone so long without it that you don’t really care. You walk out the door and head out for the mall.
All your friends wanted to come with you, because you are now the centre of attention. Everybody wants to know how you did it, how you lost all that weight. How much did you eat? Did you work your butt off? Was it hard?
You smile confidently back at them, saying, “it was hard at first, but I kept working out and eating right, and I got to where I am now because I didn’t give up.”
They still have so many questions and you keep talking until you head for the food court. You’re truly content with ordering a small salad and a Diet Coke, even though you could eat whatever you wanted now, because you love this feeling of power. Everybody is looking at you in awe and jealousy. Everybody wants to either date you, or be you. And everybody wants to be friends with you.
You no longer get left behind when your friends finish their meals and get up. Instead, you leave at the same time as them, throwing your leftovers out in the trash. You only finished half your salad, but because your stomach is so shrunk, you’re already full. Instead of walking behind everyone else, you lead the group, your friends laughing and rushing up to keep up with your quick pace. You are gorgeous, loved, and in control. You have finally made it. You are finally happy.
And you can have that future, if you don’t binge today, or tomorrow. If you keep working for it, you can be thin. Isn’t that what you want?
