3 week update:
So week 3 I haven’t lost any weight, but I didn’t gain any either! So I’m keeping at it. I’ve noticed a few things after 3 weeks on this low carb thing though.
My skin is a lot softer. This is probably because I’m a diabetic and my sugars were high before. Now that I’m on low carb, my sugars are coming down and my skin is super soft and it’s awesome.
I have way more energy. A lot of people say that they have LESS energy on low carb, but I’ve seen the opposite effect so far. We’ll see if it keeps up.
I don’t eat nearly as much. I don’t feel hungry nearly as much. I’ve read that low carb is a diet that naturally suppresses your appetite, and I’m seeing that that is the case so far.
Overall, I’m excited for my results so far and looking forward to seeing future progress.
