People all around London knew her personally and, if you didn’t, you at least knew of her. She had quite a way with people, especially those who ran local businesses.

Accompanied by her close childhood friend Kate, she works a couple days a week delivering mail to the people of London. On other days, she’s either seen volunteering at the orphanage or helping out at the local bakery.

When someone isn’t able to make their mail rounds during the night, both herself and Kate take the responsibility of getting the mail delivered on time.

But, things take a turn when they stumble upon a sight they were never meant to see; a crime scene with the perpetrators right in the center.

Now, she’s forced to prove that she can keep what they do a secret as well as keep a couple secrets of her own.

Will she be able to refrain from getting too close to these men and, in turn, reveal the secrets she’s never dared to tell anyone else?

Or will her walls remain up and the weight she carries prevent her from opening up again out of the fear she’ll be rejected?
