this is the one meme that manages to age like a fine wine
I am trying so hard to get back to creating music and so I am making a bunch of short tests and demos so far.
One of them is this test of a 'Clone Theme' from StarWars as some sort of sad/creepy piano version, you name it.
Being new around here I decided to try to share it And I hope you will like it! ♫♫♫
normalize taking drugs just to fit in and make your friends think you're cool
this is such an insane thing to post, what if a minor sees this and thinks it's real? no one on here even considers the risks of posting anymore

i was watching some of the videos made by 'innocent' russians after the recent Ukrainian drone strikes and listened to all them wail how 'regular people are not involved and shouldn't be suffering', 'i'm so far from politics and am not involved into this war so why am i suffering'
so i decided to sit down and think about how this war that russia started to destroy Ukraine affected me besides the obvious things like suffering from air strikes daily or being force to relocate abroad. so here's the list
- my home town of Kherson was occupied and is now under constant bombings and citizens are suffering from the human safari that russians do for fun and love of suffering - the theater where i performed and visited as a child - was hiе by a bomb - the maternity hospital where i was born was hit by a bomb - a relative of mine was killed by rocket strike - my uncle's family had to escape their village because russians were coming for them since he was a former military and all military people and their families were primary targets for russians to interrogate, torture and kill - my godmother's and another uncle's family had to do the same for the same reason - both of those villages are still occupied to this day - multiple houses in my neighborhood including my own house one way or another were damaged by shelling or explosions
so yeah, when they say 'i'm not in any way connected to this war' - think again. somebody you know, your family, your relatives, you friends, your colleagues, their families, their friends - someone is one way or another is involved with this war. military operations and supporting infrastructures are not operated by empty rooms or faceless ghosts, or putin's clones. they are all living breathing human beings that KNOW what they are doing. they made a conscious choice to do it and they've been doing it since day one with no remorse. that's why i'm not sorry for them and they are not innocent. and i will never forgive them
Join the Russian Volunteer Corps or shut up.

last thing you see on your speedrun

The initial strike 𝄢
When Luis is struck, that entire "cool agent" persona instantly disintegrates. Leon’s voice cracks, his posture loses its rigid military form, and he becomes frantic. For a few minutes, he isn’t a hardened government operative he is just a traumatized 21-year-old rookie cop back in the Raccoon City police station, watching people die in front of him all over again.
Leon doesnt even remember to use his knife, even though earlier he mentioned to ada to use knives next time.
Handing over the key 𝄢
When Luis pulls out the Labrotory key, look closelyy at Leon’s hands. He doesn’t want to take the key.... I'd like to think that luis knew so he put it in his hands in a way leon couldnt not grab it (does that make sense? i dunno)
In Leon’s mind, taking those vials means accepting Luis’s final act
"Don Quixote" Parallel 𝄢
Earlier in the game, Luis joked about being a knight errant, and Leon dismissed him as a mad man.
(though leon got his references and even replied to his sancho joke. though, im aware sancho can mean something more other than referring to the character maybe leon didnt wanna be called a sidekick? it could work the other way around)
In his final moments, Leon realizes Luis was a knight. Luis knew he was doomed, and he knew he was fighting an impossible battle against Umbrella and Los Illuminados to make up for his past. Yet, Luis did it anyway. By calling him Don Quixote at the end, Leon is finally validating Luis's identity and showing him the ultimate respect.
Luis Serra and how he reacts to his past 𝄢
❦ wanted to add this so we can understand luis better
In the original 2005 game, Luis was a rogue with a mysterious past. The Remake completely alters his backstory, revealing that Luis was a brilliant bioweapons researcher for Umbrella. He actively helped build the monsters and viral horrors that decimated places like Raccoon City.
Luis carried an immense, crushing guilt for his role in creating global suffering. His entire carefree, flirting, joke-cracking personality was an artificial mask. He used humor to cope with the absolute disgust he felt toward himself. When he says, "I led a pretty shitty life," he is confessing his sins. His sacrifice on the island isn't a random act of bravery, it is a desperate attempt to die doing something good so he can finally wash the blood off his hands.
Change 𝄢
The reason Luis asks Leon specifically if people can change is because Leon represents the ultimate victim of Luis's past employer.
Leon's entire life was permanently shattered by Umbrella in Raccoon City. Throughout Chapter... 11? Leon treats Luis with heavy suspicion, coldness, and contempt because he knows what Luis used to do.
To Luis, Leon is the moral authority. If the man whose life was ruined by Umbrella can look at Luis and say, "Yes, you have changed," then Luis can finally die in peace, knowing he achieved redemption.
The ultimate heartbreak of the scene is that Leon never gives Luis a verbal answer. He only says "Don't talk" and tries to save him instead. Luis dies with the question hanging heavily in the air.
