‘SCARS’: An Anthology of How they Shape and Define Us.

There is a story behind every scar, and we’d like open up this anthology as a small platform for people to tell their stories. The stories behind our scars could be anything from sad, funny, dumb, cool, or even inspiring.

For example, the scars can be from a small accident (everyone has at least one of those…), a scar you got from your first heartbreak, scars you can only see from the inside, mental scars etc. We welcome all stories!

We are looking for illustrators, and Comic artists that will share their story with us.

I am aware this topic can be quite personal and can be quite difficult to talk about. If you are not comfortable to talk about your own scars you may talk about scars from your family members or close friends if they allow you to. Please keep in mind that all these stories must be true.

The book will be funded through Kickstarter running from November-December. Art is due at the end of January. If you need more time please tell us at least two weeks before the deadline or you shall be dropped. Please don’t start drawing before we will give you the okay.
