Strawberries and Cream Dr. Pepper Fan Page

This is a genuine question. How do I start writing again? When I was a preteen up until probably 14 or 15 I was constantly writing. Short stories, some fan fics, then some poems. None of them were great but it was a lot of fun to write. Around 15/16 I got writers block as a result of depression and now at the ripe age of 26 I want to start back but I have no idea how to get those juices flowing again. they don’t have to be good, I just want to write something. Bf has a lot of music he wants to put vocals on and I’d like to write something lyrics or something. I try to write down words but I feel like I’m trying too hard and it’s too forced. Someone for the love of god please help me
