“I’ve been in love with you for ages.” Alex finally says, close to a whisper as the dim lights cast a shadow on his face. Matt wants to laugh it off, nervous reflex, but the look in Alex’s eyes stops him. He’s serious, steely eyes and determined in a way he so rarely is. “I know.”

All he had to do was see Alex's face, that first time, to know he was screwed. It's why he said yes to collaborating, even thought he originally planned to not do collabs. It's why he flew to Canada in the dead of winter. It's why basically his entire fucking career exists. Because of a grainy picture on Soundcloud.

Matt agrees to be a part of the Sonic cosplay for one reason, and one reason alone; Alex asked him to.

He's still buzzing with the energy of being in the same place as Matt again, and the amount of want in him has him feeling like he's possessed by some type of incubus. They've discussed it before - of course - but he'd never had a chance to just… do it.

He does his best to voice his feelings anyway, maybe only cheats a little to make it easier - voice speaking low as Alex is sleeping next to him on the uncomfortable hotel bed, snoring softly

Matt's mouth was a bit of a problem for Alex. He was just… always doing things with it. Or, 5 times Alex gets distracted by Matt's mouth, and one time he gets to experience it up close.
