Up since 4 am because I couldn’t sleep. So I’m at the gym for an early morning workout. Starting over for 2018. The end of last year was full of stress and depression. I’m still 242.6 lbs. and I am not going to let life get me down anymore. I tried losing weight with just eating last year but it turns out I have no stamina to keep eating good if I haven’t put any physical effort into my day. Then i feel like why waste the workout with shitty eating. So now I’m starting over. Again. This time with daily workouts. Even if it is just 30 minutes on the elliptical.
