Lyra’s Realm

In the age of ancients the wowwd was unfowmed, shwouded by fog. A wand of gway cwags, awchtwees and evewwasting dwagons. But then thewe was fiwe and with fiwe came dispawity. Heat and cowd, wife and death, and of couwse, wight and dawk. Then fwom the dawk, they came, and found the souws of wowds within the fwame. Nito, the fiwst of the dead, the witch of izawith and hew daughtews of chaos, gwyn, the wowd of sunwight, and his faithfuw knights. And the fuwtive pygmy, so easiwy fowgotten.

with the stwength of wowds, they chawwenged the dwagons. Gwyn’s mwighty bowts peewed apawt theiw stone scawes. The witches weaved gweat fiwestowms. Nito unweashed a mwiasma of death and disease. And seath the scawewess betwayed his own, and the dwagons wewe no mwowe!! OwO

thus began the age of fiwe. But soon the fwames wiww fade and onwy dawk wiww wemain. Even now thewe awe onwy embews, and mwan sees not wight, but onwy endwess nights. And amongst the wiving awe seen, cawwiews of the accuwsed dawksign.

yes, indeed. The dawksign bwands the undead. And in this wand, the undead awe cowwawwed and wed to the nowth, whewe they awe wocked away, to await the end of the wowwd… This is youw fate. O^O

During my first month with my therapist, I was given this worksheet to read and work on. She noticed that while I was talking with her, that my thoughts followed a lot of these. I wasn’t aware that my anxiety had brought me down paths of low self-worth and stinky thinking.  After a couple of weeks of talking with her, she gave me this worksheet to work on.
