Harvested in 2022 with a CQI score of 86, this coffee is made from the Hemavathi varietal and grown at an elevation of 1310 MASL with black pepper intercrops. The processing method used was aerobic red honey, resulting in a beautifully balanced coffee with a 2/5 acidity rating. But let's talk about the flavor notes - I'm getting apricot aromas, a strong hazelnut mouthfeel, and a sweet chocolatey aftertaste that lingers for ages. 😋 The complexity of this coffee is high, and the mouthfeel is strong, making it a truly luxurious experience.
