My husband always says to me, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Especially with acting, there’s that pressure of looking to the left and right and comparing yourself, but even those girls you always see at the same auditions as you, they’re so different to you. You need to focus on what you have to bring, I’ve had those moments where you think, ‘I wanna go now, I’m ready,’ but I look back and realize I wasn’t. Now I have perspective on things – now I’m a woman. At 17, 18, you’re a baby, you really are.
