Learn to feel

I think it’s very easy to judge someone’s lack of control.

But I think it’s very hard for them to really figure out how to manage their feelings, so in turn they have no self-control over certain things.

Feelings are abstract but they are tangible at the same time. You know your stressed but sometimes this anxiety can’t be pinpointed.

Let’s explore feelings! Don’t run away from them. Let the pain grab your heart. Let happiness wrinkle your eyes. Let it all manifest.

And if you can’t figure it out. Stop and let the emotions take hold of you. And then figure out what they mean.

I love the rain. I want the feeling of it on my face.
