Well now, what IS going on with Gen padalecki's insta account?

About two years ago she moved her efforts from the blog straight onto Instagram.

She adopted a very tried and tested approach. Pretty pictures and thirst jared shots when needed. All this was held together by kiddy and pet pictures, with LOTS of product placement and an unending diatribe of "you are worth this expensive shit I'm hawking".

Obviously this is not my thing, and it actually offends me that people like gen claim activism and environmental credentials whilst stealing more money and resources than anyone else.

BUT it worked, as do many others and she had stella engagement at around 6%. Every time it fell, well jared would appear, half naked or holding a kid or kitten and that engagement would go right back up again.

Two months ago, just before italy, that changed. She started losing followers, but that's just a drop in the ocean. Losing 200 followers a day when you have 1.3m...well it'll take a long time to make a dent.

More interesting is that the 1.3m are massively unengaged now. Her rate has dropped from over 6%to 2.6%. That's still good but a very different ballpark of good. From 68k post average, she's now down to 35k. Take out the jared "bump" posts and she actually gets between 12 and 15k in likes a post and far fewer comments.

She's doing all the normal crap to boost engagement, dog, kids, jared, responding to posts, posting "what do you think" crap, but it's not paying off yet.

What I can't work out us why her engagement cliff dived in the first place. Jared was plugging her, she was doing all her "real housewives of austin" interviews, why did so many walk away?

I really dont know the answer.

I don't know what her plan is either. It almost seems like she's being sabotaged because her behavior on social media is so inconsistent and weird. It's almost counter-productive in a way.

I'm not wondering if people got tired of Jared trying to make Gen happen and that turned them off. It could also be that she's been so tone deaf about a lot of things and people don't play around with that these days.

It also could have been her and Jared's romantic getaway in the midst of a global pandemic after promoting the vax? I know that's a touchy subject too.

It very well could be that people are realizing that she's not interesting. She's just an average, rich mom and wife and that's not interesting. She could have built up a great following with her own thing, she could have found her niche if she was genuine, but she's so busy chasing dollar signs, she doesn't care about authenticity. I mean look at how many different supplements she's hocked in the last month. She was so set on separating herself from being "Jared's wife" until she realized that that title was the only thing keeping people interested.

See, that’s how you do it! If you want to advertise a fundraiser, donate to it and lead by example. If you don’t want to boast, donate quietly. 

This woman is so out of touch with reality…how many times has she thought to herself….how can I market this to make me more relevant?

What about Walker? How many people were they around before germ disclosed having COVID? I thought that whole Italian trip wasn’t well thought out. Yes, I’m a little mad at Jared too.

Those poor kids! I hope they’re alright!

She has covid and travelled? She, like, took the virus on a trip? Or did she bring the virus back from Italy as a souvenir? And what about Jared? He’s maskless all the damn time. He was JUST IN a huge crowd at that UFC thing.

I need some details.

I am not a vaccine fan by any means (I have medical issues that make me question if I should get it) although if you are traveling out of the country, or have children in a home where someone HAS the virus, getting vaccinated might be prudent. Jared was just at some UFC event wasn't he? Aren't you still supposed to quarantine for like 2 wks after traveling out of the country? And if memory serves wasn't Italy one of the worst places for Covid? Why would you even go there.

Because Jared has to make everything about himself? That’s my only guess. With JJ posting about it and Jared (and I believe Gen) sharing articles praising Jared and his “charitable ways”, it REEKS of publicity stunt. Maybe he’s trying to patch up his reputation from the prequelgate? 

I went to both links and Jared and Gen haven’t given a dime to either. Danneel tossed a $1000 donation to the family’s fundraiser. She continues to make a better impression on me as the days go on. Also, it could be a little petty on her end because she knows Geneva would never donate money she could use on clothes. 

Bound to happen with all the galavanting around those two have done lately —especially Jared.

Jared or “Gared” has organized a fundraiser for the RA board member who passed away (same lady G&D posted about on their IG accounts.)

Apparently Holli was a minion who wasn’t very nice to the J2, bibro side of fandom. I personally don’t know anything about her. I’m just relaying what I’ve heard from others.
