I have this silly little feeling in my chest that's making me want to die

„but you survived“ but i didn’t want to lol. i wasn’t supposed to. i hate that i did. i’m angry that i did. i want the pain to go away so badly.

“your trauma doesn’t define you” no actually it does. it dictates every aspect of my shitty life.

I just need something that takes me away from reality.

might cancel this whole healing thing and start listening to the voices

it’s so heartbreaking to realize that i’m not getting better.. it’s just phases of good, then bad, then repeat.. no matter how good i think i’m doing, it always seems to get bad again..

i’m just so fucking tired i don’t think sleeping for 20 days straight would help i need to die

knowing i wasn’t born this way and i could have been okay is what kills me the most

I am forever lacking sleep, nutrients, sanity, and patience
