Tonight,for the second year running,I was voted woman of the year.I am so proud that I can continue to motivate and inspire people and would like to thank all that support me,even if it's just likening my pics or posts,it means so so much.I hope to continue to inspire and motivate as I enter the next stage of my journey. Fresh out of the oven,1 syn sugar free maple banana blueberry oat muffins (the choc and raisin ones are for hubby) 😍 So easy to make: ▪️2 bananas mashed ▪️ 2 large eggs ▪️40g rolled oats ▪️1/2 tsp cinnamon ▪️1/8 tsp nutmeg ▪️1 tsp baking powder ▪️1/4 tsp salt ▪️250ml milk (I used soya milk) ▪️blueberries to top (You can use any fruit or choc chips to top but you would need to re-calculate the syn values)

This mornings breakfast was divine!Syn free vanilla waffles with fresh fruit and syn free golden syrup 😍😍

Tonight's dinner of carbonara was cooked by my amazing husband,totally syn free and so much tastier than the shop bought jar sauces 😍

I have only a stone to go now until I reach my final target weight and I still can’t believe how far I’ve come on this journey.Its been a crazy 14 months since I started but I am oh so glad that I took those first tentative steps into slimming world and changed my life.I have met some amazing people,I heave learnt a lot and I am happier,healthier and stronger than I have ever been and I am loving every minute of it. If I can do it then literally any one can,don’t give up and I believe in you.
