With the newest release of Episode 7 of The Amazing Digital Circus, the entire fandom is a mess. A lot of theories are being scrapped and being rebuilt up from scratch.

So I’m gonna throw out a Jax mini-theory, and let’s see if this ages poorly.

In Jax’s flashbacks/panic attack we see images of the suburbs and driving on a dark road.

I know a lot of people immediately thought of an ‘accident’, but I like the idea that maybe he was running away from something. That Jax didn’t want to return to reality because he doesn’t want to face whatever he’s running from.

And what is Jax running from? I don’t know. Maybe he’s running from someone bad who hurt him. Or maybe he did something bad and he’s running away to avoid taking responsibility. Either way, I just like the idea of:

Run, Rabbit. Run~

(So this theory came about because I don’t really understand the ‘they’re probably all dead irl and/or they’re all just a copy of their consciousness’ kind of theories using: Kinger with a shotgun, and Gangle hit by a truck isekai-style, as evidence.

It’s a good theory with those associations, but doesn’t make sense to me considering they all have the last memory of putting on a headset before being trapped in the circus. And if they were a copy, they still wouldn’t know how irl them died and Caine has no reason to have that info.

Unless they’re actually all coma patients after having fatal encounters, and CnA non-consensually uploaded their consciousness for their experiments afterwards. And the memories of putting on a headset is fabricated. Maybe it’s all red herrings or something.

So this is an observation I made a year ago while I was chatting with other DSMP theorists. I’m bringing this up again because I have more evidence.

In most of the TFTSMP episodes, there is no respawn mechanic. If someone doesn’t didn’t officially “die”, they just say they got injured. The only episode with espawn is the Beach Episode which took place in the present.

In one of Micheal’s lore streams, he showed a corkboard, and written on it were rumors surrounding Lmanburg along with reported ghost sightings. This indicates that ghosts are not a common sight, despite members of the dsmp having normalized te concept; it also indicates there are territories outside the borders of the dsmp. For who would hear rumors of a place but people not at the place.

This was already a possibility long before Micheal joined.

Quackity implied that his scarring encounters with Technoblade in MM were canon, so perhaps MM was some kind of gladiator tournament in another land.

So that brings the question, why do so many stay? Why does nobody leave after experiencing all the death and destruction?

Many of the new members of the DSMP called themselves travelers and wanderers. So why do they decide to settle here when they’ve clearly been warned it’s a dangerous place? Was there some sort of lure?

c!Tina also commented in her stream that she never been to a land where death isn’t permanent. Is the whole land blessed?

That might explain why every new member is welcomed by being killed. Perhaps to show them how their worlds work.

I’ve always wanted to share this headcanon of mine. I’ve been in the Minecraft fandom for awhile since Team Crafted was a thing, and I’ve done a lot of Minecraft-based worldbuilding since then.

Here’s a Minecraft HC:

Following Minecraft logic, it’s easy to heal injuries. Just eat some food, drink a potion, or die to reset your health. Because of this, People don’t get physically scarred or have visible injuries as long as the heal. Makes a lot of potential for stories of pain and suffering that no one will ever know because there’s nothing to show for it. Only the memories remain, which could drive them insane as they are left questioning if it even happened in the first place.

And to expand on that, mix in the concept of “Canon Death” from series like DSMP, 3rd Life, Last Life, X Life, etc.

These deaths are real and permanent. No amount of rehealing can fix the scars left behind from these deaths. Suddenly faced with the grim reality of their own mortality that used to be so inconsequential.

Yashiro and Kou learned from the young Tsukasa that:

When they were 5 yrs old, Amane(Hanako-kun) became severely ill which made Tsukasa lonely. While wandering around, he met an apparition that granted wishes and played around with it.

Eventually Amane’s illness became worse. Tsukasa decided to wish for him to be cured despite Amane saying not to.

In exchange, Tsukasa had to stay in the Red House.

But Yashiro and Kou know that Amane died shortly after killing Tsukasa.

So they suggest that an apparition had replaced Tsukasa and Amane knew.

When the house burns down, they try to get him to leave with them but Tsukasa stays behind. While the two left, there’s a suspicious line of dialect that suggest that Tsukasa knows more than he showed.

So THEORY:

The wish-granting apparition that Tsukasa met had replaced him when the real Tsukasa got trapped in the Red House.

And Amane knew, eventually killing it himself.

So perhaps this apparition is the real Hanako-chan of the Bathroom. It’s wish-granting abilities are legit and very powerful, shown to be capable of killing people if someone wished.

That’s why the Amane filled the role/position of Hanako-kun in the school. Because he killed the original Hanako-chan, he took her power/status and became the new one. Why all the rumors of Hanako-chan is female because she used to be.

(and maybe that’s why Hanako-kun needed part of his power to be sealed, because he couldn’t handle all of the power he inherited )

But that’s just a theory, an Anime Theory!

Still don’t know why the Tsukasa imposter is so obsessed with Amane though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had this idea for a long time now, and I haven’t seen anyone do this group so far.

So I propose:

Wilbur Soot + Technoblade + Tubbo =

LANTERN TRIO!

Fans all know that c!Philza only has one canon life. Not because he lost the previous two; he always had only life. And despite that, he’s lived a very long time, maybe centuries.

As far as I know, his hardcore worlds & series aren’t canon, so his experiences in those worlds aren’t canon in the DSMP. So why does Technoblade panic whenever c!Philza is approached by a baby zombie?

What if there was a prophecy that was made a long time ago? A prophecy that stated that Philza was doomed to meet his end by a baby zombie.

That’s why Technoblade, who knows of the prophecy, always did his best to keep Philza away from baby zombies.

But little did they know, Philza ends up dying because of Tommy.

Because Tommy is stated to be a “child”; and since Dream revived him from the dead, Tommy is technically an “undead”.

So what will be the Egg’s opinion of Dream?

Will it see a worthy and strong ally?

Or will it see a broken mind in a powerful body? Just perfect to mold into its puppet. Whispering promises of power and maybe peace.

The Egg could take advantage of Dream fractured mental state, broken by the prison, torture, and insanity. It sways him to its side, causing the Eggpire to gain a powerful and dangerous individual to fight for them.

So many things could happen:

The Eggpire could be what get Dream out of jail.

People trying to break Dream free from the Egg’s control (and failing).

People fighting against the Eggpire only to realize the monster that’s slipped from their grasp.

Dream being happy that he’s been accepted into a place that “cares” about him.

The Egg being satisfied that, while it couldn’t get Technoblade, it got an equally as powerful person instead that’s much easier to manipulate.
