Forest Dragons
Alena Bobrova on Etsy
Little lichen dragons, hiding in the woods,
Gathering some mushrooms, and little fungus goods.
Hiding in the trees and eating lots of bugs,
If I ever find one I’ll give it all the hugs.

Pokemon Halloween Stickers made by Jessica Ramos
Only a fool would mess with someone who can stand this tall! This California toad [Anaxyrus boreas] is assuming a defensive posture as a way to deter potential predators. This toad was found in Felton, California, by photographer Dylan Aasen.
Atelopus spumarius, or the Pebas stubfoot toad, is a species of true toad native to Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, and Suriname. These gorgeous little frogs rarely exceed 39 mm in length, and possess no tympanum [eardrums], meaning they are anatomically deaf. However, they can still sense nearby vibrations with their inner ear. These frogs are most often found in rainforest biomes, especially near streams. They are threatened by habitat loss. This show was simultaniously where i learned that being called a slut could be shrugged off, and that there could be a gay person around old people without hell breaking loose. Also, sick burns.
