I'm just doing my best

It's wild blueberry season in Sweden and I've been picking and eating my fill everyday from the forest behind my house! The entire forest floor is covered in wild blueberry bushes and the tangy taste is so cosmic, I had to paint them✨ Photos of the berries I picked!

Klimt Eastwood 11x17

I did it! Finally! I’m very proud to show the world my greatest concept EVER: Clint Eastwood AKA the man with no name painted in a style inspired by the incredible work of Gustav Klimt. I may re work it a bit this summer. Nothing big: just playing with the tones and the general aspect.

The detail that I thought was GENIUS was when the ship suddenly gained more oxygen. It puzzeled me at first but then it struck me: the fresh human blood pouring into the ship. Oxygen rich blood!!!!! The ship became an organic lung. Iron lung real!!!! All the gross inside flesh and bloodvessels and the fact is was getting rid of CO2 and gaining O2. Genius genius genius, the suspense was amazing and the small details portraying Simon's story, the unreliable narrator, the claustrophobia and thalassophobia.

The camera showing the oxygen meter tick up a light while showing the blood dripping into the sub was such a good way to show how fucked simon was and left me with genuine dread. It stands to reason that there's a certain amount of oxygen in the blood, given how ocean water holds a non-negligible amount for sea life + human blood is naturally oxygenated. There was so much blood in the sub at that point that the indicator counted the oxygen in said blood as enough to fill the meter back a full light. I fully anticipated the crawlspace as being filled with it at that point and was shocked to see that there was still space to move. Which then might answer the question of just what kind of freaky deaky oxygen source was keeping simon alive several days
