Saeran didn't hate his brother, he had been as innocent as he was when those two irrupted into their lives and took him away from him to such a dangerous place. They played with him, with both of them, making promises that they never intended to keep. While they played their little S&M game and Saeyoung and Saeran waited hopefully, stupidly.

But above all Saeran hated himself. He hated himself for allow them to use him as some kind of rat lab on their little playhouse and later dispose of him when they no longer needed him. He hated himself for allowing them to separate him from his brother, for killing their real mother, for sending his brother to that dangerous place and live such a sad life. For making him hate him.
At first he thought in killing one of them, but that was inefficient. Sure, one of them would be left in horrible pain but the other will be... Well, dead. None of them deserved the sweet embrace of a peaceful death. Death was peace. He wanted them to suffer.
