I just wanted to share a quick tip on how I eat however much I want of whatever I want all the while LOSING WEIGHT. 😝

How? 🧐 Simple. It’s just CICO.

Want to know why Professional Anorexics™ in documentaries cut their food into small pieces? Well, here’s the answer.

If you cut your food into small enough pieces, you can legally round the calories down to zero. So now, you can have as many of those pieces you want without consuming any calories! 😍🥰😘😋🤪

For example, a 0.5g piece of chocolate had less than 3kcal, so you can say it’s 0kcal without the FDA suing you. 😤 You can have a million of those pieces if you’d like. Some of you intellectual anas might get this, but zero times any number is still zero!!! 🤯 Now imagine if you had the same amount of chocolate without cutting it. That would be a huge number of calories. Gross! 🤢🤮😵

Basically, what I’m saying is the same logic as Coke Zero or sugar-free gum.

Now knock yourself out. Go have that pizza you’ve been craving forever. 🍕 Just remember my tip and you won’t gain any weight.
