Well we are getting Absolute Cassandra Cain and Absolute Shiva spinning out of Absolute Catwoman.
And it's all tied to Absolute League of Assassins who were wiped out by Absolute Joker and I have absolutely zero hopes of this being a good version of Shiva.

Yup, pretty much. And I agree, although for me it was more mean-spirited than funny.
Is there a law for judges to be allowed to marry or have families but only they state and declare to the SJS or something like internal affairs or human resources?
In Mega-City One, judges are not allowed to be married unless they're undercover Wally Judges who need that for their cover. And they're very closely watched for obvious reasons.
Other Mega-Cities, like Oz and Murphyville, are a lot more lax about it and allow judges to marry. But MC-1 is still the hardest of 'em all. A judge can only be married to da lawwwww.
It recently occurred to me that Torquemada's strange mouth-grill design is not only the insignia of his empire, it's also meant to evoke the mandibles of insects (like those of termites), which goes hand-in-hand with the bug-hive imagery and theming of Termight society
Hmmmmmmmmmm... yeah, I can kinda see it, when the mandibles in termites are closed. Neat!

Which non-Dredd 2000AD comic would be great for an animated adaptation? I think an ABC Warriors adaptation would pop off considering Transformers is currently in a rough spot
You're not the only one who thinks that. A buncha years ago, an animation studio pitched exactly that:
Other than that, I think Nemesis the Warlock with the right kind of stylization would absolutely slap. Same with Shakara. And of course, Rogue Trooper is coming soon hopefully, and that one seems to be kinda sorta animation.
