âSo the standards for a good day are low low,â Lucinda mused, âHave people actually done that? Poured a drink on you?â She asked, shaking her head, âYou have to wonder what goes through their heads, right? Who raised them like that?â Lucinda spoke with a sigh, âIt started with my alarm not going off and it all went downhill from there.âÂ
âSadly, yes.â He chuckled, especially since right now heâd take any small thing to make the day a good one over a shitty one. âIâd love to say no, that theyâve not happened, but actually all three have happened within the last three weeks. Two by the same customer.â Jude snorted, âIâd love to know how raised them, but then again some of the worst ones are the women who are in their late forties. They think they know whatâs right, that their word is the only way and most of the time theyâre wrong.â Jude let out a low whistle and nodded slowly, âYeah, that will do it. All it takes is one bad thing in the morning to go wrong and the rest of the day can be a disaster. Anything I can do to make it better?â
