I watched Yuna’s interview. The one after the ceremony. She was crying.. She said she was not crying because of her score. She was crying because all of this, being a figure skater is now finished. Her physical condition was very bad, and it got worse after she made decision to go to Sochi Olympic (after the Vancouver Olympic, she didn’t do figure skating for 2 years and later she said she will go for Sochi Olympic for the last time of her figure-skating-career). She has a fracture on her right feet (1.5cm). With this status, its hard even to just tiptoe. However she was just perfect at the olympics. I was actually crying after I saw this interview… Knowing all this stuff about her.

I really hope that finally she can live her life and do what she want to do. No more hard training, no more pressure. I am going to miss her a lot, but I wish all the best for her. The sliver shines more then the gold. Thank you Yuna. I love you, I will miss you and thank you so much for being with us.

Yuna: We’ve been compared and have competed for so long, and it seems like there won’t be that competition between us again. I think I’ll remember her the most. I don’t think there are many skaters like us two, who were constantly being compared. (x)

Mao: She and I have shared ups and downs since Juniors, always under the spotlight, always trying our best. For both me, and I’m sure it’s the same for Yuna, this Olympics was about a challenge for ourselves. And we both did it. And I’m so glad. (x)

First of all, before we get to the FS, I just want to tell you all that A JUDGE GAVE YUNA A 0 ON...

this is what i'm talking about. people are saying that they're 'breaking down' the scores and they only break it down to the overall technical and component scores, or at the most just the base points. you can't see the problem by just looking at the base points, the problem is the GOE. Yes that's subjective but if you compare adelina's GOE with not only the GOE of competitors from this olympics but GOE from basically all of the competition prior to the olympics, it was WAY too high. Her spins were good so I guess it deserved some 2's and 3's but her GOE was mainly comprised of 2's and 3's, barely any 1s. and basically no 0's. Yes, she was very aggresive in her jumps but yuna was just as aggressive back in 2010 but she still didn't recieve scores like that. And people are comparing the wrong skaters. Many are comparing Yuna and Adelina saying that Adelina had one more triple, but if we're going to talk like that we need to compare Adelina + Mao + Carolina. I'm over Yuna not getting gold since Yuna herself is satisfied with a silver and since getting a gold was never her goal, but in general, people that are saying that Adelina got the score that she deserved needs to wake up. Yes she did skate an amazing program but that did not deserve all of the high GOE that she recieved. (side note: not being angry at Adelina, she had no fault in this, just angry at the judges)
